Πρώτη συνάντηση της χρονιάς των Ασφαλιστικών Γραφείων Πωλήσεων & Ζωής της Εθνικής Ασφαλιστικής με επικεφαλής τον Δ/ντή, Γιώργο Αναστασίου

Tην πρώτη συνάντηση της χρονιάς πραγματοποίησαν, την 1η Φεβρουαρίου, τα Ασφαλιστικά Γραφεία Πωλήσεων και Ζωής της Εθνικής Ασφαλιστικής με επικεφαλής τον Δ/ντή, κ. Γιώργο Αναστασίου.
Στην τρίωρη συνάντηση υπήρξαν ενδιαφέροντα θέματα προς συζήτηση και μάλιστα σε ένα από αυτά απαντήθηκε το βασικότερο ερώτημα ενός ασφαλιστή: πώς θα αποκτήσω διευρυμένο πελατολόγιο;

Παρουσιάστηκε, επίσης, το εργαλείο Business Project, το οποίο βοηθά στο να πραγματοποιηθεί το παραπάνω ακόμη πιο εύκολα και, με απλά ερωτήματα, καθοδηγεί κάθε νέο και φιλόδοξο ασφαλιστή να δημιουργήσει γερά θεμέλια ήδη από την αρχή της καριέρας του, ενώ κάθε έμπειρο ασφαλιστή να θυμηθεί γιατί ξεκίνησε.

Ο κ. Γιώργος Αναστασίου, αφού έκανε μια εκτενή ανάλυση για το πώς μπορούμε να βελτιώνουμε την επικοινωνία, τόνισε ότι η αύξηση ενός πελατολογίου βρίσκεται στη συνειδητοποίηση του κόσμου γύρω μας, η επιτυχία ωστόσο βρίσκεται στη συνειδητοποίηση των αναγκών τους καθώς εκεί ο απλός πελάτης γίνεται ευχαριστημένος πελάτης και ο ευχαριστημένος πελάτης μετατρέπεται σε πηγή έλξης περισσότερων πελατών.

Η συνάντηση πραγματοποιήθηκε, σεβόμενοι τα μέτρα ασφάλειας για τον Covid-19, μέσω Skype, με συμμετέχοντες τον Προϊστάμενο Υποδιεύθυνσης Δικτύου Agency Βόρειας Ελλάδας της Εθνικής Ασφαλιστικής, κ. Λάζαρο Γιουρτσίδη και τον Συντονιστή Ομαδάρχη κ. Θανάση Κόλτσο, τον Κορυφαίο Ασφαλιστικό Πράκτορα και Δόκιμο Συντονιστή Ομάδας, κ. Στέργιο Κουτσογιάννη, τους δόκιμους Συντονιστές Ομάδαςκ.κ. Απόστολο Δαϊλάκη και Γιάννη Χρήστου, καθώς και όλους τους ασφαλιστικούς πράκτορες Κεντρικής, Δυτικής και Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας και Θράκης της Διεύθυνσης Αναστασίου Γιώργου.

Τέλος, ο κ. Αναστασίου Γιώργος ευχαρίστησε όλους τους Συνεργάτες για την πολύτιμη συνδρομή τους στη παραγωγική διαχείριση της πανδημίας και τους ευχήθηκε μία καλή και δημιουργική χρονιά.

Το συμπέρασμα της εκδήλωσης, όπως διατυπώθηκε από τον κ. Κόλτσο ήταν πως η επιτυχία βρίσκεται εκεί που ο Ασφαλιστικός Πράκτορας βάζει την ευημερία του πελάτη ως στόχο και έτσι και εκείνος γίνεται στόχος όλων αυτών που γυρεύουν την ευημερία τους.

Αναφέρθηκε επίσης στη σπουδαιότητα των στοχευμένων συστάσεων στο επάγγελμά μας.

Ο κος Κουτσογιάννης τόνισε ότι οι πιθανοί πελάτες, είναι πολλοί, οι πολλοί πελάτες είναι καλοί αλλά οι ευχαριστημένοι πελάτες είναι το κέρδος ακόμα και σε ιδιαίτερες καταστάσεις, όπως αυτές που βιώνουμε!

Καταλυτική, επίσης, ήταν η παρουσίαση της κυρίας Βούλας Φλώρου με τον κύριο Μάρινο Σπύρου, συνιδρυτές της Dream’s Way, οι οποίοι αναφέρθηκαν διεξοδικά στη μεθοδολογία σύνδεσης με τα όνειρά μας.
